We helped a team of renowned nutritionists develop a new brand to promote its range of therapeutic diets to boost patient recovery.

The client

The Cornwall Food Production Unit is part of Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. The team produces food for patients and retail outlets across Cornwall. Run by Jill Venables, the team is passionate about food being an integral part of the care process, as well as tasting good. In order to grow the organisation the team wanted to develop a new name, brand and marketing material.

The Impact

We ran an initial workshop to understand more about the organisation and its aims, as well as the challenges faced by potential customers and patients. This allowed us to create a new name – Sustenation – and brand, which incorporates the colour and ethos of the NHS. The workshop was supported by digital and UX (user experience) research.

Added Value

We are now developing materials to support the organisation’s growth including: photography, website design, UX content development, SEO support, signage design and installation, stationery design and production.
