MPAD’s Nigel Barker returns to daytime radio.

Excellent ‘real world’ media links are one of MPAD’s many strengths.  When Nigel Barker joined the team he brought with him a wealth of experience in broadcast media and in particular radio.

During his time at Atlantic FM he presented everything from Late Night Live, to Drivetime.  He even had the unenviable task of going head to head with BBC Radio Cornwall’s Laurence Reed on the early afternoon slot.

This week Laurence focussed on direct mail and Nigel was invited in to defend marketing companies live on air.

“Laurence is the undisputed King of lunchtime radio in Cornwall,” said Nigel “Loved and feared in equal quantities and one of the few presenters in local radio prepared to shoot from the hip.”
