We initially produced three different ideas that reflected the quality of the product as well as the target market. The identity needed to be versatile to represent the many products and fit onto the various size bottles and packages.
40 labels for the main product ranges were producing including Rosemary & Bergamot, Patchouli, Lavender, and Geranium along with an in-house template label for St Kitts to use on other products sold in the shop. The labels were in keeping with the brand, simple but elegant; we used colours that represented the smells, which enhanced the quality of the product. Also design icons for the main ranges gave each item an individual identity.
The new brand was launched in January 2009 and during the first six months of the year sales had increased by 57.5% (on the same period in 2008), whilst the redesigned ecommerce website has seen an increase in sales of 400%.
