Truro’s Business Improvement District is managed by a limited not-for-profit company Totally Truro. mpad handles several of its marketing projects, from developing the comprehensive website EnjoyTruro.co.uk to promoting its seasonal events programme. mpad even helped Totally Truro employ an in-house marketing and communications officer to support its work. We work closely with Event Cornwall and Graeme and Rust to deliver Totally Truro’s fantastic projects which put the city on the map.

mpad has been working on a retainer for Wadebridge-based water company, Cascade Springs since 2007 to raise the company’s profile within the local media. The company has recently undergone a buyout that has seen former owner Dan Carolan return to his Canadian roots. mpad are now working alongside new owner, William Hiley, to ensure a smooth transition, as well push the business forward.

Our brief is to produce an engaging publication aimed at staff, funders, carers, families, stakeholders and older people themselves – from planning each issue to writing features and designing each page. The result is a beautifully designed publication with news, features and superb pictures. We’re proud to be helping the charity communicate its excellent work for older people.
